Senior Recognition Ads
Parents, family, and friends of seniors:
Here's your chance to celebrate your senior with a recognition ad in the yearbook! Follow these easy steps.
- Complete online form at the bottom of this web page.
- Upload image(s) and text
- Submit
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PARTIAL SUBMISSIONS. You must submit pictures and text in one submission.
Cost will be determined when a complete submission is sent in. You may not "Pay Ahead" to lock in a specific price and send in images and text at a later date. Accounts will be billed when complete submissions are received.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- The maximum number of pictures allowed for submission is 17.
- An $80 graphic design fee will be added to the overall cost for a customized ad above and beyond the choices offered. This includes any major changes done to the templates including, but not limited to, moving images, text, resizing original picture sizes, adding an additional picture, etc.
- However, you may pay a professional to design and create an ad for you to submit with no extra charge. In this case, you must still adhere to the maximum 17 image guideline.
- Once your images are submitted, the yearbook staff will design the page using the template you selected.
- We will send you a proof of the designed page before submitting it to the plant.
- If you have submitted the images and information by the final deadline, you will be sent an email with your page proof and asked to approve within a set amount of days.
- Please look over your page carefully and let us know if you see any changes that need to be made (name spelling, message, etc). Any larger changes may result in the $80 graphic design fee that is mentioned above.
- If we send you a page proof and we do not receive a response form you within the time allotted, we will assume the page is approved and go ahead with the page submission in order to meet our deadlines. Please make sure you are checking your emails for us frequently.
- If you submit a senior ad past the December 1st deadline, you will be charged a late fee of $50.
